Frequently asked questions
The experience includes return transport from Tromsø, feeding the reindeer herd, time for photos, storytelling inside the lavvu (Sami tent), and a short introduction to Sami culture. Hot chocolate is also served.
Payment is made on-site at the pick-up point before departure. We accept card payments through our payment terminal.
The full tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including transport. The bus ride takes around 15 minutes each way.
All tours depart from our central meeting point at Vestregata 42, Tromsø. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
Children under 8 years old join for free. Please still include them in the booking so we can prepare transport.
Please dress warmly with good winter shoes, gloves, hats, and layered clothing. The experience takes place outdoors, and temperatures can be very cold.
Yes! Guests can hand-feed the reindeer and take photos during the feeding session.
We serve hot chocolate only. No meals are included at the moment.
