Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the practical information you need. On the day of your visit, our comfortable bus will pick you up in Tromsø and bring you directly to our reindeer camp.

When you arrive, our team will welcome you and guide you into our large lavvu, the traditional Sami tent. Here you will receive useful information about the visit and enjoy a 20–25 minute storytelling session where you will learn about Sami traditions, daily life, reindeer herding, and the deep cultural connection between the Sami people and the Arctic nature.

After the introduction, the highlight of the tour begins:
You will have the chance to feed the reindeer by hand, take photos, and spend time up close with these gentle animals. Some guests will be outside with the reindeer while others relax inside the lavvu around the fire — a perfect way to stay warm and enjoy the atmosphere. We also have a smaller lavvu available for extra comfort during colder days.

The full experience lasts around 2.5 hours, offering the perfect balance of culture, learning, and unforgettable encounters with the reindeer.
